First of all: I am a full time student with a life and a lot of work, so personal commissions may take some time to get out. Thank you for your understanding.

I‘ve limited slots for commissions and a waiting list so it can take a time before I finish your commission.

All works are for PERSONAL USE ONLY! You are not allowed to use this works for commercial! If you are interested in commercial commissions contact me at commission @ keksdose.org with your name and request.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request without a question.

I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my site(s) or DeviantART, SheezyArt, Animexx and maybe other galleries (if requested an original character of yours, a credit to you will be noted). If you have a problem with this rule for whatever reason, please speak to me, I’m flexible.

All commissions are non refundable unless for whatever reason I can not complete the piece.

For non commercial pieces, I continue to reserve the rights to the artwork. You may use it however you please for your personal use.

All commisions planned are for non-commercial use ONLY! All abuses of this demand will result in legal action. This does not include non-profit projects like free online games and such. In addition the online sites must not gain any profit out of advertising. (Like pop-ups, banner, google ads and so on.)

I will not begin to draw until I have received half of the payment or the full payment (if the price is lower than 20 €).

First check out if a slot is available and if so send me an eMail / NOTE with "Commission request / <yourName>". If the slots are full you also can request a commission but I will list you in a waiting list until a slot is free.

For commissions, you must specify certain things you WANT included, specifically in the picture, like color themes, specific backgrounds, mood you want portrayed and so on. If you fail to tell me something, I cannot put it in, I will not refund your money or redraw the commission for you after sketch stage. You have been warned. For things like Original characters, please give me as many informations as possible. Consider things like, eye shape, nose shape, face shape, height, build and so forth. References are ALWAYS welcome and VERRY helpful to me. Once I have accepted a commission, I will keep progress reports for you. Time to complete commissions may vary.

After I‘m finished I wait until I receive the second part of the payment (if not payed before) and send you the Image in 300dpi for high resolution printing via E-Mail. I use .JPG format but if you like a .TIFF or what ever, tell it and I will send it in this format to you ;)

I accept PayPal only for international referrals! In Germany I accept normal referrals :)
